英语书信的格式如下：

1、信头：指发信人的地址和日期。写在信纸的左上角。

2、称呼：指对收信人的称呼。写在信头之下，从信纸的左边开始。

感谢信的格式：

1.开头顶格“致XX的感谢信”——由感谢和文种名凳侍称组成的；

2.第二行顶格写称呼，写被感谢老岩的机关、团体或个人的名称或姓名，并在个人姓名后面附上“同志”等称呼，然后再加上冒号。
