In my eyes ,the most important step is to trust yourself .Without self-confidence , it'would be not easy to succeed .
On the other hand you need to form a good habit in your life .Doing exercises or listening to music can make you relieve pressure .
Last but not the least, you may turn to those around you ,such as teachers or friends for help if necessary.Certainly ,they would like to do you a favor.
