形容词和副词的比较级和最高级的变化规则

规则变化 单音节词

1 一般在词尾加er ,est如 strong ,stronger,strongest

2 以不发音字母e结尾直接加r,st. 如 nuce ,nucer ,nicest

3 以辅音字母加y结尾，把y改为i再加er,est如 happy ,happier ,happiest

4 以重读闭音节结尾且只有一个辅音字母，双写辅音字母再加er est .如 big ,bigger,biggest

部分双音节词和多音节词的比较级和最高级是在词前加more,most如

careful,more careful ,most careful

interesting ,more interesting,most interesting

不规则变化（要牢记）

good/well ,better ,best

many/much ,more,most

little,less ,least

bad/badly/ill,worse ,worst

far,farther/further,farthest/furthest
