目的措施题是削弱题中最常见的一种题型，类型通常很好判断，一般原文中都有特别明显的目的词语。其反驳是思路也特别明确，就是承认措施，反驳目的。即即使这样做了也不一定能达到原文所说的那个目的。

　　注意削弱的是目的，而非措施，即首先要承认这个措施在执行上是没什么问题的，只是执行后也不一定会达到原文所说的目的而已。所有反措施的所有反措施的选项都是错误的，虽然其在表面上看起来有点点反驳的意思，但其实他反驳的是前提，做逻辑题作重要的一点就是首先得承认前提，以别人的逻辑关系来反驳别人，这才是最好的反驳思路。所有，所有反前提的选项都是错误选项。

　　例题：

　　Tiger sharks are common in thewaters surrounding Tenare Island. Usually tiger sharks feed on smaller sharks, but sometimes they haveattacked tourists swimming and surfing at Tenare's beaches. This has hurt Tenare's tourism industry,which is second only to its fishing industry in annual revenues. Inorder to help the economy, therefore, the mayor of the island has proposedan ongoing program to kill any tiger sharks within a mile of the beaches.
