Nowadays all the people are under much pressure because of the violent competition in our society and the pressure will certainly does harm to our health. So we should try to take some measures to reduce the pressure. I think the following steps should help us. First we should take more exercise to build up our body and reduce the anxiety in our work or life. Second we should listen music often to relax ourselves . Third we should take part in some amusements according to our interest to relieve our mind from the hard work every day. I think only in this way can we have get relieved .
