这句不能用现在完成时来表达。

现在完成时表述的是过去某一时间开始并一直持续到现在并且有可能还会持续的动作或状态。而他买电脑显然是过去已经发生的动作，并未持续到现在，显然应该使用过去式。

2、where did you but it?

你可以用完成时来表达。

例如where have you bought it?

但不能说where have you bought it last year?当有明确的过去时间做状语的时候只能用过去式。

3.where have you been during the winter holiday ,Millie? where did you go during your stay in Hong Kong?

实际上你可以换过来用，比如where did you go during the winter holiday ,Millie?或者where have you been during your stay in Hong Kong?
