Abstract：

The cause of news inconsistent with the facts has been a question of discussion. As times develops and rising media appear—net media, mobile media for instance, more and newer factors had made an impact on the realities of news, and therefore, it is not to do an alone issue out of fashion to explore news inconsistent with the facts, but to carry out an action for the new situations happening continually. We know that news inconsistent with the facts is a serious challenge to the public belief and the guide of the public voice, and a barrier in front of the society development as well. So, in the course of the change of the medium conditions, it is necessary to recognize where the cause of news inconsistent with the fact is. And only doing so, a correct measure can be adopted to deal with the facing problems under the new situations. Thus, a medium is able to provide a correct early warning to the public, to warn the public of keeping away from a possible venture in time and to make the news conditions more safety and community orders more stable. For this reason, this paper will make an analysis on the cause of news inconsistent with the facts in both of the aspects of subject and object, and put forward a concrete avoiding program for by means of the analysis. .
