Health is crucial to everyone, however, staying healthy is quite challenging. In my opinion, health refers to both physical health and mental health of an individual. In order to stay physically healthy, we need to eat nutritious food, drink the amount of water as our bodies require and, most importantly, exercise regularly to keep fit. In terms of maintaining mental health, we should hold positive attitudes towards everything we encounter in our lives and try to be helpful to the people around us, which is a great way to gain happiness.

健康对每一个人都很重要,然而,保持健康很具有挑战性。在我看来,健康指一个人身体健康同时心理健康。为了保持身体健康,我们需要吃营养食物,和身体所需的水分,最重要的是,有规律的锻炼身体保持身材。至于保持精神健康,我们应该用积极的态度来看待每天身边发生的事情,并且试着帮助我们周围的人,这是一个很好的获得快乐的方法。
