5.1 The Price of, and currency of payment for the Goods and/or the Services shall be as stated in the Order, and, unless otherwise stated, shall be:

订单中应当列明货物或服务的价格及支付币种，否则，将：

5.1.1 exclusive of any applicable value added tax (which shall be shown as a separate item on each invoice for the Goods or Services, as defined in the Order), payable by the Company, subject to receipt of a VAT invoice; and

不包括任何现行的增值税（其应当按照订单上约定的在每笔货物或服务的发票上单独列明），由接收增值税发票的公司负责支付，并且

5.1.2 inclusive of all charges for packaging, packing, shipping, carriage, insurance and delivery of the Goods to the Delivery Address, and any duties, imposts or levies (including the cost of any export or import licence or any other authorisation lawfully required for transit of the Goods to the Delivery Address) other than Value Added Tax.

包括将货物运送到接收地址之前的所有包装，装箱，海运，陆运，保险，交付费用，以及各项税费，关税，除了增值税之外的其它税费（包括进出口许可证申请的费用，或者获得其它法律要求的将货物运送到交货地址的授权证书的费用）

5.2 No increase in the Price may be made (whether on account of increased material, labour or transport costs, fluctuation in exchange rates or otherwise) without the prior consent in Writing of the Company.

如果没有公司书面同意，货物价格不得增加（无论是否因为原材料，工时还是运输成本，汇率波动等造成的）

5.3 The Company shall be entitled to any discount for bulk purchase or volume of purchase customarily granted by the Supplier, whether or not shown on the Contract.

不论是否在合同上有过声明，公司都有权在散货，或者供应商授权的大宗货采购业务上得到折扣。

5.4 The Company shall be entitled to any discounts for prompt payment customarily granted by the Supplier whether or not shown in the Contract.

不论是否在合同上有过声明，在供应商有特殊要求时，公司有权因快速支付了货款获得折扣。
